Contact

The warranty on the film we supply is issued and honoured by an independent reseller. Claims and corrections come to us, not to the manufacturer.

How to reach us

Making a claim

Have these ready and the first reply will be a decision rather than a question:

  • Your code, and the phone number it was registered with.
  • Clear photographs of the affected area, taken in daylight.
  • A description of what the film is doing and roughly when it started.

Where possible, raise the claim through the installer who applied the film. They can assess it in person and refit the replacement if it is approved.

Correcting your record

If a name, phone number or vehicle was entered wrongly, tell us your code and what it should say. Corrections do not change your cover or its expiry date.

Sold the car? Send us your code and the new owner’s name and phone number. The remaining term goes with the vehicle, and the certificate keeps working — the printed copy in the glovebox stays valid.

Lost your certificate

You do not need it. Go to Check a warranty with the code you registered with and the phone number the warranty was registered with.
